Roberta L. Nestor
Director of Asset Management
Roberta is an Investment Adviser Representative of Commonwealth Financial Network®.
She began her career in 1982 with John Hancock Life Insurance. In 1984, she registered with Commonwealth, which gives her the freedom to provide diverse guidance and insight to clients. She also worked as vice president of marking for a local brokerage firm from 1990 to 1993. After that, Roberta founded the National TSA Association (NTSAA), a nonprofit group that supported advisors who were exclusive to nonprofit organizations such as public educations, hospitals, and colleges.
Since 2005, Roberta has a newspaper column, “Dollars and Sense,” which is published in the Orange Town News and Woodbridge Town News. Archives of her articles can be found at www.orangetownnews.com.
Roberta’s goal is to provide a high level of personalized service and build long-term relationships with her clients and their families. As a part of an independent broker/dealer, she acts in the best interest of her clients and focuses on achieving their financial goals.
Active in the Milford community, Roberta participates in the Milford Chamber of Commerce and developed a program called "Birthday Wishes" exclusively for the Boys and Girls Club of Milford. The goal of the project is to make sure every child there has a homemade cake to celebrate their birthdays with their families.
Her financial credentials include FINRA Series 6, 26, 55, 63, and 65 securities registrations. For the past eight consecutive years, Roberta has been named Five Star Wealth Manager in Connecticut Magazine since 2012*.

Lisa A. Mastropietro
Director of Client Relations
Lisa joined Nestor Financial in 1996 and provides invaluable service to clients. Lisa is an important member of our team because she shares many of the financial concerns and situations expressed by families today. Having raised four children, she understands facing the complexities of college, both financially and emotionally. She also provided care to aging parents while working and raising her family.
Lisa makes all of our clients feel welcome. She is efficient in all that she does. Her many hats include being a licensed life insurance agent, a notary public, providing excellent client service, implementing procedures, compliance, and internal processing. When Lisa tells clients "consider it done," she means it and goes above and beyond to respond to the needs of our clients.
Lisa can assist you with account issues such as new account establishment and maintenance, IRA distributions, and moving money between accounts. She has worked in the financial industry since 1996 and brings a wealth of knowledge to Nestor Financial.
Christina L. Nestor
Christina, who has been a familiar on-and-off again face at Nestor Financial, will be officially joining our staff as an administrative assistant this summer. During the past few years, Christina has worked behind the scenes at Nestor Financial with marketing and social media. Since then, she graduated magna cum laude from University of Tampa with a BA in history in 2016.
Shortly after graduating, she got accepted into the JET Program and worked as an assistant language teacher in Aizuwakamatsu, Japan. After that, she moved to Bathurst, Australia, to become a support worker for people with disabilities at Vivability. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, writing, fitness, and cooking.
